Although his project is 320x480, clips clips source is always full resolution of 720x480. Whatever you do with DV capture the premiere 720x480. So we will start non-standard clips, reduce or add clips in 320x240 size of the project. As Adobe's suppose you want in full resolution, even if the version of Windows Media or something like that.

If you want to learn how, read on.

To create a project in 320x240, you have to start from scratch. Choose by the new project, the model, probably, DV-NTSC, then go to the Custom Settings tab. Under edit mode, select Desktop. The standard for desktop publishing is 320x240. Since the resolution of these clips are always full, you have wonSave the file size.

Sorry, but I hope it helps.
