Alpine Type R subs are 4 ohm dual coil
the amp is a kicker ZX1000.1 Mono Class D Amplifier 1000 Watts RMS at 2 ohms and 500 watts into 4 ohms
Would it be possible for these boats to run this amp

The others are wrong.
Two 4-ohm DVCS can be installed only 1 ohm or 4 ohms.
This amplifier 1000 watts RMS at 2 ohms and 1 ohm stable, so ... Submarine cable to 4 ohms is 500 watts RMS for the two subsequent years (250 units).
DVC have to get version 2 ohms 2 ohms.
